Project Description: 6,000 sf building addition, with a 4,000 sf interior remodel that occurred in 3 phases.  The building addition, which was designed to be the symbolic entry to the campus, provides a new lobby, welcome desk, and multi-purpose meeting space.  Existing classroom spaces were remodeled to become faculty office space, student gathering space and 2 chemistry labs. Outside, the entrance plaza was redesigned to include new paving, seating, and landscape to enhance student activity and community.
